SCHUYLKILL NAVY TRAFFIC PATTERN & RIVER CLOSURE ALERT: The Traffic Pattern will change on Friday, Oct 28 at 5 am and remain in effect through Sunday at 5 pm. The river is closed and used for Head of the Schuylkill Regatta traffic only from 7:00am – 5:00 pm both Saturday and Sunday. ALL CLUB/TEAM SOCIAL MEDIA ADMINS (and rowers/coaches) : PLEASE REPOST.
