  How to Enter - 3 Steps
  1.	Entries	All entries MUST be completed at Regatta Central.
  		On-line at Regatta Central (preferred)	Via Mail (alternate)
  2.	Payment	Via credit card at Regatta Central's secure servers.	Alternatively, print the invoice from Regatta Central and mail or drop it off with your entry fees to: Schuylkill Navy #4 Boathouse Row Kelly Drive Philadelphia, PA 19130 Checks payable to "Schuylkill Navy" must be accompanied by the printed Regatta Central invoice.
  3.	Waivers	Complete on-line at Regatta Central. The online waiver submissions are good for all USRowing-registered regattas listed on Regatta Central. The waiver process must be initiated by the person submitting the entries. Just log-in to the account used to submit the entries and click the 'SEND WAIVER' link in the 'My Roster' section. Follow the instructions and provide the email addresses for the rowers. The rowers will then receive an encrypted link via email where they'll be prompted to complete their portion of their waiver. If they're under 18, they'll also be prompted for their parent's name and email. The system will then forward an encrypted link to the parent so they can submit their portion, too. Once that is done the waiver is submitted and you'll see a green checkmark by the athlete's name. Athletes do not need to be individual members of USRowing.	Alternatively, the athlete can sign a paper waiver. Paper waivers must be mailed, reaching us by by the dates listed below.

• Payment deadline - If you do not pay your entry fees and complete your waivers on-line at Regatta Central, you must get the paperwork to us by:
  • Schuylkill Navy Regatta - June 11
  • Independence Day Regatta - June 25
  • Philadelphia Youth Regatta - July 9

  • Include 1) printed invoice (from Regatta Central), 2) payment, and 3) signed waivers. Mail all to

    For overnight deliveries, mark package "signature not required". Usually there is no one there to receive the package during the working day. We pick up the mail in the evening.

All entries must be made on-line at Regatta Central. We've used it for five years now and it works well. It's easy and free (i.e. no extra cost). For on-line entry at Regatta Central, you'll follow these easy steps:

• Log in - you'll create your own user ID and password the first time
• Click on "Add a regatta to my calendar" under My Calendar.
  • Select a regatta from the drop down list.
  • Click on "I will be submitting entries for this regatta" options box.
  • Finish this step by clicking on the "Add to My Calendar" button.
• There is a box on the left. Under "Entries", select "Registration". Fill in all the information requested.
• The next step is to create your entries. You can either create the team roster first, then select athletes from it as you create entries, i.e. boats, or you can simply enter the athletes as you create entries and those listed athletes then populate your team roster.
• Special note: Ignore the "began rowing" and "USRA #" fields in setting up your roster. They are optional and we don't need them.
• Add entries, assigning team members to boats.
• In the "Entries" field, there is a drop down list for multiple boats.
• Return to "My Entries" to review your work
• Pay by credit card OR print your invoice and mail it, along with your payment and signed waivers for each competitor, to the address that appears on the invoice.
• Signed waivers must be mailed for all non-USRowing members by the payment deadline, even if you are paying by credit card (and therefore don't need to send a printed invoice and payment).
