Parking restrictions during the regatta

• Friday, July 1 - Kelly Drive will close after the morning rush hour, about 9 am. Once the Drive is closed, parking will be permitted on Kelly Drive. Only boat trailers and regatta officials will be permitted to park in the Canoe Club parking lot. Vehicles with boats carried on the top will be permitted into the Canoe Club parking lot to drop off their boat but must then depart. Parking will be very tight in the Canoe Club parking lot. If you are arriving before the Drive closes, we recommend you park in the parking lot near the grandstands and finish line and walk back to the Canoe Club.
• Saturday, July 2 - Kelly Drive will be closed for the regatta starting at 7 am. Once closed, diagonal parking is permitted on the river side of Kelly Drive, from the Canoe Club to Fountain Green and Grant's statue. So, people rowing from Boathouse Row can park and walk. Cars must have an IDR parking pass to get thru police barricades at Strawberry Mansion bridge. Parking on the grass strictly prohibited; violaters will be ticketed. Drive reopens at 6 pm. We plan to have extra security overnight.
• Sunday, July 3 - Kelly Drive closed for regatta. Once closed, diagonal parking permitted on river side of Kelly Drive. Cars must have an IDR parking pass to get thru police barricades at Strawberry Mansion bridge. Parking on the grass strictly prohibited; violaters will be ticketed. Drive reopens at 6 pm. You will need our parking pass the get thru the barricades. Download and print it.
